Pets:Pets and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited within the villa premises unless expressly approved in writing by management.

Swimming Pool Usage:Pool timings are from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Management shall not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, or death arising from use of the pool or surrounding areas.

Damage, Breakage & Loss:The booking guest shall be fully responsible for any damage, breakage, staining, misuse, theft, or loss caused to the villa, furniture, fixtures, appliances, décor, linen, amenities, or any property belonging to management during the stay. Charges shall be payable at actual repair, replacement, restoration, or cleaning cost, as determined by management.

Guest Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in. Entry may be refused where valid identification is not produced.

Security Deposit:A refundable security deposit shall be paid prior to check-in. Refund shall be processed after check-out, subject to inspection of the premises and adjustment against damages, losses, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or violations of these Terms.

Cooking Policy: Cooking and reheating of food are permitted only in the designated kitchen area. Cooking in bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, terrace areas, poolside areas, or any non-designated location is strictly prohibited. Management shall not be liable for accidents, fire, injury, or damage arising from misuse of kitchen facilities.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all enclosed areas of the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and hallways. Smoking may be permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Violation may result in cleaning, deodorizing, or damage charges.

Check‑in / Check‑out:Standard check-in and check-out timings shall apply unless otherwise confirmed in writing by management. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Parking:Parking is provided solely as a convenience and is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Management shall not be responsible for theft, damage, loss, or accidents involving vehicles or items kept therein.

Noise, Music & Conduct: Guests shall maintain reasonable behaviour at all times. Loud music, nuisance, disorderly conduct, illegal gatherings, excessive noise, or disturbance to neighbours is strictly prohibited, especially during late evening and night hours.

Maximum Occupancy & Visitors: Only the number of guests declared and confirmed at the time of booking shall be permitted entry. Maximum occupancy is 15 persons, unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Unregistered guests or additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Any extra persons must vacate the premises before 11:30 PM, failing which an additional charge of ₹3,500 per person shall apply.

Illegal Activities: Any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or prohibited activity, including but not limited to possession or use of narcotics, banned substances, weapons, criminal conduct, or activities contrary to public order, is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may result in immediate eviction without refund, and authorities may be informed.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping shall be provided only during designated hours. Guests are advised to secure their valuables. Management shall not be liable for missing or unattended personal items.

Linen & Towels: Linen, towels, blankets, and similar items are for in-house use only. Missing, stained, burnt, torn, or excessively soiled items shall be chargeable.

Personal BelongingsGuests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including cash, jewellery, electronics, luggage, and valuables. Management accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

Furniture & Decor:Guests shall not move, dismantle, alter, or rearrange furniture, fittings, décor, or equipment without prior permission. Any resulting damage shall be chargeable.

Fire Safety: Use of candles, fireworks, crackers, incense burners, hookahs, gas burners, charcoal grills, or any open flame inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

Power & Water Usage: Guests are expected to use electricity, air-conditioning, generators, and water responsibly. Excessive wastage, negligence, or misuse may attract additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: Once any advance, token amount, or booking payment is received, the reservation shall be treated as confirmed. Cancellations, no-shows, reduction in stay duration, or early departures shall not be eligible for refund unless expressly approved in writing by management.

DJ, Sound Systems & Party Amenities: Only the DJ system, speakers, or entertainment amenities already available within the premises may be used without extra charge, subject to house rules. Any DJ setup, sound system, speakers, lighting, decorations, catering equipment, stage setup, or party-related items brought from outside the premises by the guest, their friends, family members, vendors, or third parties shall attract separate access and usage charges as determined solely by management. Prior written approval is mandatory. Unauthorized external setups may be refused entry or removed.

Right of Admission / Management Rights: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse check-in, deny entry, restrict access, cancel the booking, or require immediate vacation of the premises in the event of rule violations, misconduct, safety concerns, false information, illegal activity, disturbance, or non-payment of dues. In such cases, no refund shall be payable.

Force Majeure: Management shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, storms, power failures, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, or emergencies.

Governing Responsibility: The booking guest shall be jointly and severally responsible for the conduct of all accompanying guests, invitees, vendors, and visitors.

Acceptance of Terms: By making payment, confirming the booking, or entering the premises, the booking guest confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all accompanying persons.
